Chloe Koh, a 2023 recipient of the Unleash The Roar! (UTR!) Overseas Football Scholarship has secured an academic and athletic scholarship to study and play football at St Bonaventure University in New York, United States from the third quarter of 2026. For many young footballers, the years after the age of 17 are one of the most important stages of their development. Some are ready to push on towards senior football. Some are still growing into the physical, tactical and mental demands of the next level. But most simply need more time, more matches and the right environment to keep progressing.

At the Singapore Youth League (SYL), every weekend brings together more than teams and coaches.
